The Neighborhood will be comprised of 20-25 homes/units clustered on 2-3 acres. The Neighborhood will be organized around the principles of co-housing.

INTENTION:
To create a multi-generational, residential neighborhood in an agrarian setting. The neighborhood will be located on the south shore of Lake Chelan approximately 4 miles from the town of Chelan and 40 miles from the city of Wenatchee on the land known as Sunshine Orchards.
The Neighborhood will be created to provide a sustainable living environment for its residents in which the bonds of community are fostered and strengthened. Supportive relationships within the neighborhood, affordable home costs, and a rich and beautiful natural environment will all help to foster this sense of community.
The Neighborhood will be set within a working sustainable farm and adjoined by The Sunshine Institute, a destination retreat center set within the same working farm. Neighborhood members will have the opportunity to become involved in farm and retreat center activities in various volunteer and occupational roles if desired.
The Neighborhood will be interconnected with other agrarian lands on the south shore by an extensive trail system. The trails will also connect with ridge trails leading to the Chelan Butte and extensive public lands.
