Evans' LakeFront Rental Information

Location:

The Evans' LakeFront home is located on the south shore of Lake Chelan on Highway 97-A. It is just one-half mile from the beautiful, Tuscan-style, Tsillan Cellars Winery, about a mile from the Lakeside public beach, about three miles to the public boat launch and downtown Chelan. An excellent bike/jogging trail goes both into town, around the RiverFront Park, out to Manson, or heading the other direction along the southshore it takes you into the alpine-type areas of the upper lake to the State Park (10 miles), Field's Point and 25-Mile Creek.

Driving time from either Seattle or Spokane is about 3 hours.

General Information:

  • In deference to the comfort of our non-smoking guests, we permit smoking outdoors only.
  • For your convenience, beach towels, barbecue, lawn chairs, and a crib are available.
  • We do not provide daily maid service; a Saturday cleaning is provided during consecutive week stays.
  • Well-behaved pets allowed with prior approval.
  • Discounts up to 20% for last three September weeks and October.
  • These homes are part of a working orchard, so we request quiet between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
  • Short-term stays of three or more days are available at the daily rate. Check-in and Check-out must usually conform to the Saturday schedule.
  • Check in is no earlier than 4 p.m. on Saturdays, check out is no later than 11 a.m. on Saturdays. This allows the house to be completely prepared for the next guest’s arrival.

Making a reservation

Please make reservations by e-mail or phone. A deposit of 50% is payable by personal check and must be received within one week of reservation to guarantee your lodging. Confirmation and balance information will be mailed to you promptly upon receipt of the deposit; taxes of 10% will be added to the balance. Guests are requested to sign a contract to insure security deposit. A form will be sent with the confirmation.

Balance is due 3 weeks before arrival in form of personal check. No credit cards accepted. Guest must be prepaid in entirety.

Cancellation Policy:

Deposit cheerfully refunded, less $100 cancellation fee if reservation cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are subject to full forfeiture. Refund will be made if we are successful in re-renting the space.
