Lakefront patio, sandy beach, blue water stretches out before you from the lower level living unit of this owner's lakefront home. (Although the photo looks dark, the shaded patio with BBQ and picnic table provides welcome coolness on hot summer days.) This comfortable lakefront living quarters (approx. 1,000 sq.ft.) offers Italian tile floors, oriental carpets and a mix of casual and antique furnishings. An antique back-bar with cozy kitchen, includes dishwasher and Jenn-Aire range, with eating area in front of slider opening to the lake. The adjoining family-room has windows on the lake and television, cable and VCR. Down the hall you find one large bedroom with queen size bed, a small bedroom with sturdy bunkbeds, plus an extra child-size fold-out foam couchbed, and spacious bathroom with oversized shower. This unit is fully stocked with all cookware, dishes, linens and bedding, microwave, coffee pot and local phone. However, the closest washer and dryer for your use are in downtown Chelan. Although total waterfront is only 45 ft., it makes for a relaxing summer oasis with its sandy beach, 40' long L shaped dock, upper level sundeck, colorful potted flowers, a barbecue and even moorage for your boat. Please note that this is a small property with neighbors nearby, so a maximum of 10 people are allowed to use the beach front.
