Farm Market Manager Learn More>> Responsible for managing all aspects of the Sunshine Farm Market, including staffing, displays, customer education, inventory, and more. Proven skills in management and retail sales required. $10-14/hr DOE + bonus.

Interns – Sunshine OrganicsLearn More>> Get trained in all areas of starting and running a small, diversified vegetable farm. Interns must be serious about wanting to farm and ready to work hard to learn how to do it. One season previous intern experience preferred.

Dairy Business OpportunityLearn More >> Interested in owning and operating your own small dairy and artisan cheese business? Need space and land to get started? The Sunshine Farm has the land and nearly all the infrastructure needed to grow such a business.

Tree Fruit LeadLearn more >> Responsible for all orchard activities including pruning, thinning, harvesting, spraying, mowing etc. Basic Spanish required . Plan and implement transition to organic production of two blocks of soft fruit. $12-14/hr DOE + Bonus.
