CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture. CSA programs all over the world link farmers directly with local eaters--in exchange for an upfront payment, members receive a share of the farm's harvest every week.

SIGN UP NOW FOR 2009
We are now taking deposits for our 2009 CSA. We will only be selling 40 shares, and we expect them to sell out very quickly, so don't delay!
Full payment is due by April 1, 2009. If you do not want to pay in full now, you may put a $100 deposit down to hold your spot. Click here to download a CSA registration form.
NEW FOR THE COMING SEASON
There will be a few important changes in the CSA for 2009:
- Only one size share. The weekly share should be enough food to feed a small family or two vegetable-loving adults. The 2009 share will be midway in size between the large and small shares of 2008.
- 20 weeks instead of 22. In 2009, the CSA will run from June 9 to Oct 13.
- Pick-up at the Sunshine Farm Market only. CSA pick-up day will be Tuesday from 3:30 to 5:30.
- Vegetable shares only. We will not be selling flower shares, cheese shares, or storage shares. However, these items will all be for sale at the Sunshine Farm Market.
- Cost. 2009 shares will cost $500 each. The value of a CSA share works out to 20-30% off our retail prices.

- Cookbook We provide every new member with a copy of From Asparagus to Zucchini: A Guide to Cooking Farm Fresh Seasonal Produce, a cookbook written specifically for members of CSAs.
- Tote-bag To carry your veggies home, every new member receives a canvas tote-bag with our logo on it.
- Newsletter Our Farm Newsletter includes news, photos, recipes, cooking tips, and lots more.
- Farm Events CSA members receive a discount to farm events. Other farm events are free to CSA members.
