Lakefront deck and patio, sandy beach, blue water stretch out before you at our three-level lakefront home. Five bedrooms, three baths and two kitchens with comfortable furnishings. Upper level has penthouse master suite with cathedral ceiling, window wall to lake and romantic bathroom with clawfoot tub and walk-in closet; two-car garage enters into main level utility room w/full-size w/d, then full bathroom, large bedroom (is converted room, so two walls are partly curtained), fully-stocked kitchen, living room and dining room with window wall to lake and deck; lower level has family room with slider to lake, eating area and mini-kitchen, three bedrooms and bathroom with shower. Sleeps 10 in beds, 12 with queen-size sofa bed. Total waterfront is only 45 ft. (originally this was the farm's water easement), but it makes for a relaxing summer oasis with its sandy beach, 40' long L-shaped dock, colorful potted flowers, a barbecue and even moorage for your boat. The Sunshine Farm Lakehouse is located on the south shore of Lake Chelan at 4440 US Hwy 97A. It is walking distance to Sunshine Farm Market, Pat & Mike's mini-mart and two wineries, just one-half mile from a third winery (our area's largest, the beautiful, Tuscan-style, Tsillan Cellars,) about a mile and a half to the Lady of the Lake dock and the waterslides, about three miles to downtown Chelan. An excellent bike/jogging trail goes both into town, around the RiverFront Park, out to Manson, or heading the other direction along the southshore it takes you into the alpine-type areas of the upper lake to the State Park (10 miles), Field's Point and 25-Mile Creek. Driving time from either Seattle or Spokane is about 3 hours.
